Further to Newsletter 96/05 of 2 November, members will shortly receive an information pack that contains a copy of the 'in-principle' Common Law Deed of Agreement that will protect the entitlements of ESSS members.

Members are encouraged to attend one of a series of information sessions designed to explain the Common Law Deed of Agreement prior to the General Meeting scheduled for the 16th November, 2005. A timetable of these sessions is presented below.
