In June 2008, The Police Association released a White Paper on Police Resources. The White Paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the current state of police resources in Victoria, including the views of the community and police members and the findings of a recent study undertaken by the National Institute of Economic and Industry Research (NIEIR).
