Rental Rates

All holiday home rentals are at a cost of $350 per week BUT from 31 October 2010 all rental rates will increase to $400 per week.

Please note: this rate change will exclude the two properties at Lakes Entrance, which will remain at $350 per week.

Other costs

- Partial bookings are a minimum of 2 nights at a cost of $75 per night

- A non-refundable deposit of $50 must be paid within fourteen days of booking.  Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the booking

Payment

- The balance must be paid at least four weeks prior to occupancy. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the booking

• Direct credit
